**Payroll Officer**

**Full-time**

**12 Month Position**

**Education Center**
- Receives, supervises and participates in the computation of all payroll, and makes deductions required by federal, state and local laws, pension and retirement, annuities and employee requested deductions.
- Administers direct deposts.
- Maintains the District's employee system record keeping system, keeping accurate records of payroll information.
- Generates all payroll checks, reports and W-2's.
- Responsible for the preparation and verification of all reports covering all deductions
- Maintenance of salary distribution and payroll registers
- Maintenance and recoding of employee leaves and absences.
- Letter of Interest
- Applicant Tracker Application
- Resume
- Three current letters of recommendation (within one year)
- Transcripts from all colleges/universities
