**Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Cleans all areas of the restaurant as needed, including the kitchen and dining areas, and removes trash
- Clean and sanitize dishes. Follow established procedures of the dish machine including monitoring proper temperatures and chemicals. Practice proper wash, rinse and sanitizing methods in the 3-compartment sinks
- Cleans and sanitizes restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedures as needed
- Cleans and maintains hard surface floors in kitchen and dining areas as needed
- Reports equipment malfunctions, injuries, and accidents to the supervisor
- May help in putting away weekly deliveries of food and supplies to walk in coolers and other locations
- May help with general maintenance of equipment, building and storage spaces
- Assist in snow removal on sidewalks and trash areas
- Performs other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- A team player with good communication skills - both verbal and written
- Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure
- Very good physical condition and endurance
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year of relevant experience
- Able to work without direct supervision

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
