Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities and grounds. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

**Duties**:

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify any issues or repairs needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property, including landscaping and groundskeeping duties
- Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, and fertilizing
- Clear snow from walkways and parking lots during winter months
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
- Assist with hardscape projects, including building and repairing structures such as fences, walls, and pathways
- Maintain garden areas by planting, watering, weeding, and pruning plants
- Dig trenches or holes for various projects

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Familiarity with snow plowing procedures and equipment is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
