Registered Behavior Technician

We are looking for RBTs with 12+ hours of availability between 2:15pm and 7:00pm to provide ABA services for several children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnoses in Billerica, MA. Additional weekend hours are also available.

The hourly pay rate is dependent upon how long you have had your RBT certification through the BACB, the amount of experience that you have with ABA and children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, and the number of hours that you are available. In addition to your hourly rate pay, you will also receive a bonus every 6 months based on the number of your direct service hours.

Employees are expected to travel a minimum of 60 miles or 60 minutes a day, whichever comes first, without reimbursement. After 60 miles/minutes, providers are reimbursed for gas mileage at the federal gas reimbursement rate of 65.5 cents per mile, and driving time at a rate of 50% of your pre-determined direct service pay rate.

Mandatory trainings and any administrative work will be reimbursed for at a rate of 70% of the pre-determined hourly pay rate.

Being able to pass a background check is a mandatory requirement for this position.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
