**Job Title**: Principal Product Owner (multiple openings)
**Job Location**: Riverwoods, IL
**Job Type**: Full Time
**Duties**: Interacts and collaborates with stakeholders on key product considerations and aligns with product vision, features and roadmap. Leverages customer insights, feedback, financials, compliance and risk data to define product features and roadmap in partnership with other SMEs. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
**Requirements**: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in an Operation Research Analyst-related occupation.
**Position required skills**: Position requires experience in the following: 1. Managing and prioritizing sprint backlogs using VSTS, JIRA and Rally; 2. Developing user stories from prioritized features and identifying acceptance criteria for user stories; 3. Performing User-Acceptance Testing and Performance Testing; Public 4. Utilizing Agile Scrum practices; 5. Conducting JAD sessions; 6. Creating AS-IS and TO-BE business process flow diagrams.
