**Responsibilities**:
- Edit and proofread complex and/or high-profile materials
- Develop and recommend writing and editorial standards
- Suggest ideas for departmental, workflow, and media-specific improvements
- Promote continuous improvement through proactive problem-solving
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a copyeditor
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to uphold quality standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and implement new ideas
Special factors: This role is part of our hybrid work model with Tuesdays - Thursdays required in our offices to foster collaboration and relationships. On Mondays and Fridays, our crew will have the option to work remotely, or continue working from our offices in Malvern PA.
