Telehealth Partner Launch

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Telehealth Partner Launch & Design Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our e-commerce telehealth website launches meet the needs of our partners and adhere to all technical and legal requirements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Partner Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with senior-level external partners launching telehealth websites on our platform.
- Facilitate partners through the design process, guiding them through available customization options (copy, images, color scheme) using user-friendly WordPress forms.
- Clearly explain and manage partner expectations regarding the level of design customization possible within the platform's framework.
- Collaborate effectively with partners to iterate on design concepts, ensuring alignment with their goals while considering technical limitations.
- Navigate the complexities of design approval processes, including medical-legal reviews conducted by partners' legal teams.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Lead communication with multiple partners concurrently, managing various stages of the pre-launch design process for up to 8 projects at a time.
- Clearly articulate complex design concepts and technical limitations to partners in a patient and persuasive manner.
- Document design decisions and partner feedback for future reference.
- Act as a liaison between partners and our internal development and QA teams.
- Write clear and concise JIRA stories for our QA & UI/UX team, ensuring all standard and new functionalities of the website are thoroughly tested and validated.
- Overall Support:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our telehealth platform's capabilities and limitations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in telehealth and e-commerce website design.
- Assist with maintaining and improving partner onboarding and launch documentation.
- Play a key role in managing, tracking and collaborating features and enhancements with the product team and the rest of the organization.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (communication, project management, healthcare administration preferred).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working with external partners or clients in a professional setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for explaining complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for accuracy and a strong work ethic.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Proficient in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday) and comfortable with basic website editing platforms like WordPress.
- Experience interacting with design firms and ad agencies is a plus.
- Understanding of basic design principles is a plus.
- Experience in the healthcare or telehealth industry is a plus.
