**Must be 16 years of age and over. No experience needed as we will train Morning / Mid / Closing Shift openings needed**
- Competitive hourly pay starting at $16 per hour plus tips, with pay increases every 90 days based on performance with a Top Step of $18 per hour.
- We promote from within (Baker / Trainer / Shift Lead)
- Closed on Sundays
- Morning Shifts = 5am - 1pm / 5am - 11am
- Mid Shifts = 8am - 4pm / 11am - 4pm
- Closing Shifts = 2pm - 11pm / 6pm - 11pm / 8pm - 1am
- Full Time hours = 30 - 35 hours
- Part Time hours = 18 - 24 hours

**Requirements**:

- Pleasant interactive skills, time and resource management, and planning skills
- Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
- Basic math and computer skills
- Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and understand Crumbl recipes
- Balling cookie dough onto baking sheet pans
- Decorating and displaying finished product
- Ensure finished goods meet food safety and quality controls
- Working the Point of Sale area, greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
- Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized
- Be able to clean as you go, wash dishes and pans, and take out trash
- Sweep floors and clean bathroom
- Constant standing, bending, and ability to lift heavy items for an extended period

- Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.

It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO). They both teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the two cousins decided to take their 'perfect cookie quest' to the people. They gathered feedback and tested recipes — a practice that is still part of the Crumbl process — until they created the world’s best chocolate chip cookie.
