**Responsibilities**:

- **Field Operations**: Drive to various properties daily, traveling distances of at least 30 miles from your location.
- **Communication**: Maintain stellar communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
- **Property Reports**: Conduct thorough reviews of single-family residential properties, focusing on efficient documentation of overall condition and identification of any damages or issues, accompanied by clear comments.
- **Technology** **Proficiency**: Utilize technology, particularly iPad, proficiently for documentation purposes.
- **Maintenance Tasks**: Perform physical tasks such as replacing smoke/CO alarms, air filters, door stops, and more.
- **Schedule Management**: Design and plan your schedule, organizing work days and times 30 to 60 days in advance. Balance work and personal life with only 2 Saturdays required per month.
- **Adherence to Policies**: Follow all company policies and guidelines diligently.
- **Adaptability**: Adapt to changing weather conditions while completing tasks efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- **Vehicle, insurance, and License**: Possess a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license, listed as an insured driver.
- Strong vocabulary and communication skills for accurate reporting.
- Attention to detail and a caring attitude towards work.
- Dependability, with the ability to work with mínimal supervision.

**OnSight PROS is hiring for a Field Operations Technician, we are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join our team. No Prior Experience Required - We'll Shape You for Success**

OnSight PROS_** is a third-party property condition reporting company for rental properties**. **_PROS _**technicians photo document rental properties at move-in, move-out, and periodically throughout the course of a lease. Flexible Hours (The number of hours may vary depending on workload and property assignments.

**Responsibilities of the role are**:

- Driving to various properties daily, traveling at least 30 miles from your zip code.
- Stellar communication between departments.
- Conduct thorough reviews of single-family residential properties, with an emphasis on time-effective completion in documenting the overall condition and identifying any damages or issues, accompanied by clear comments.
- Adaptation to different property locations.
- Proficient use of technology (iPad) to create detailed photographic reports.
- Clear and concise documentation of damages and property conditions.
- Perform physical tasks such, as replacing smoke/CO alarms, Air Filters, Door Stops, and more.
- Designing your schedule, and planning work hours 30 to 60 days ahead. Balance it out: Only 2 Saturdays a month, enjoy life's rhythm
- Adherence to Company Policies: Follow all company policies and guidelines.
- Adapt to changing weather conditions while completing tasks.
- Respectful, empathetic, and Professional demeanor to create a positive experience.

**Requirements**:

- Reliable Vehicle and valid Driver's License, Listed as an insured Driver.

**No specific skills are required but some requirements mean you have the potential to be a great Technician.**
- Strong vocabulary and communication skills for accurate reporting
- Attention to detail and a caring attitude towards your work
- Dependable, able to work with little supervision
