**JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS**
**Job Summary**:
To produce high-quality diagnostic radiographs while performing in a service-oriented, radiation-safe manner.
**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a formal program of Radiologic Technology accredited by the Joint Review Commission on Education in Radiologic Technology.
**Registration/Certification/Licensure**:
ARRT in Radiography (R) and MD BPQA licensure is required.
**Experience**:
Previous experience a plus; new graduates with strong clinical skills accepted.
**Other Requirements**:
Maintains unit-specific and hospital competencies, mandatory learning, and any clinical certifications required in accordance with the Staff Education and Training policy GA-057 and/or any other department requirements.
-Effectively communicates with all patient populations and staff by implementing organization-wide communication techniques as a daily practice.
-Effectively advocates for quality patient safety and satisfaction as a daily practice.
