**Position Overview**:
BrightPoint Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Group Leader to join our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team. The Group Leader will play a crucial role in providing a safe and therapeutic environment for clients, helping them develop and maintain healthy lifestyles and recovery management skills. This position requires a thorough understanding of our treatment philosophy and the ability to work collaboratively with the Clinical Director and Chief Executive Officer to enhance our IOP Therapy services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Management**: Maintain an assigned caseload in accordance with COMAR regulations.
- **Psychosocial Assessments**: Ensure incoming clients have a complete psychosocial history and comprehensive assessment within 5 days of admission.
- **Group Therapy Leadership**: Oversee, lead, and manage group therapy sessions.
- **Program Development**: Contribute to the development and implementation of the vision for IOP and Outpatient Therapy Services, aligning with organizational strategic directives.
- **Treatment Planning**: Complete a Preliminary Treatment Plan within 3 days of admission and a Comprehensive Treatment Plan within 30 days of admission. Update the Treatment Plan every 30 days.
- **Aftercare Planning**: Prepare aftercare plans for all patients completing the program or being discharged.
- **Follow-up Care**: Provide follow-up care and maintain contact with each discharged patient.
- **Individual Counseling**: Provide individual addiction counseling according to the Comprehensive Treatment Plan.
- **Health Home Services Coordination**: Coordinate care of Health Home services as outlined in the Treatment Plan.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree required.
- **Certification**: CAC-AD (preferred), CSC-AD, ADT.
- **Professionalism**: Maintain a professional and positive attitude and approach towards patients, staff, and visitors.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to State/Federal or Certification/Licensure training requirements.
- **Work Hours**: 10 hours per week.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
