**The Academic Coach Experience**

All of our tutoring services have a focus on Executive Functioning (EF), which is a set of skills that enable people to meet their goals, display self-control, follow complex directions, and stay focused. The Enrichery's Academic Coach experience extends beyond recurring one-on-one sessions with their matched students to promote the mastery of lifelong habits for success.

**What You Should Offer**
- Desire to make an impact on K-12 students
- Work a minimum of 8 student-facing hours per week (hours start off slow but coaches are able to build up their schedule to the capacity they desire)
- Weeknight and Sunday availability
- A positive and professional attitude

**Qualifications**
- A bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in college classes
- Ability to teach and connect with students as their mentor
- Content knowledge and ability to teach 9-12 students in Chemistry, Physics, and/or Biology.
- ACT, SAT, and ISEE Test Preparation experience or College Admissions experience are a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
