- In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience. (2+ year’s experience)
- Lending industry experience, especially with FinTech solutions like nCinco, Fundingo, or TMO is highly desirable for understanding the technological and functional aspects of this role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to implementations and enhancements.
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and user stories to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the Salesforce platform.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for configuration, customization, and development.
- Work closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, and other cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations to ensure alignment and understanding of Salesforce capabilities and functionalities.
- Perform testing and validation of the solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
- Stay informed about Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices to continuously enhance our Salesforce environment and drive innovation.

Pay: $79,761.39 - $96,056.73 per year
