Salary : $40,000 plus $2,500 - $5,000 Bonus

**Responsibilities**:

- The Assistant Manager will be responsible for running the restaurant-leading top-level leaders, taking ownership over all financials, encouraging and coaching the team, and thinking for the growth of the business
- This leader must be able to think like an owner as he/she oversees key performance metrics, enhances the overall guest experience, creates and implements performance reviews, and develops a leadership pipeline to create capacity for future growth
- Responsible for leading, coaching, and developing Shift Managers, Team Leaders and Team Members
- Manage overall financial performance: ensure goals are met, improve margins, and analyze costs (inventory/food/labor, etc.)
- Mentor, coach, develop, and build relationships with diverse team of people
- Own the guest experience through achieving guest satisfaction goals
- Celebrate successes while holding team members accountable for performance results
- Ongoing evaluation of business needs and streamlining systems/processes for efficiency
- Ensure the restaurant is meeting and exceeding all Burgerfi standards
- Meet regularly with leadership team to execute the overall vision

Requirements Include
- Must have 3 Years of Experience as a Shift Manager or Assistant Restaurant General Manager
- Ability to work a minimum of 47.5 hours per week or more if needed
- Open availability and flexibility are a must - ability to work a changing schedule
- A stable work history with positive references
- Must be dedicated to excellence and hospitality
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Must be one who looks to take the initiative and not wait for directions
- Willingness to work in a hands-on environment (Get your hands dirty)
- Ability to make effective decisions
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Valid Driver's License

**Benefits**:

- Salary : $40,000 plus $2,500 to $5,000 Bonus
- Biweekly bonus between 1 to 3 times the working hours
- Incentive pay for working hours above 47.5 per week.
