**Job Description**:
Montini Catholic School is seeking a creative and passionate 1st grade teacher. As a Kindergarten teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a dynamic curriculum that fosters the growth and development of our young learners. We are a small thriving private Catholic school committed to providing a supportive family-friendly environment in a growing area.

Montini is expanding the first grade into two classrooms, this is a new position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement an engaging and innovative curriculum that meets the needs of all learners and fosters their academic and social-emotional growth.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet the diverse learning and social emotional needs of all students.
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support school-wide initiatives and events.
- Model Catholic values and beliefs in all aspects of teaching and learning.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- State certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Elementary Education (EE)
- Experience teaching Kindergarten or similar age group preferred
- Knowledge of Catholic teachings and values preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working collaboratively with others
