Job Title: Busser & Dishwasher - Goattrak Simulator Bar & Restaurant

Busser Responsibilities:

- Table Maintenance: Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring they are clean and ready for the next guests.
- Assistance to Servers: Support servers by refilling water glasses, delivering additional utensils, and responding promptly to guest needs.
- Floor Cleanliness: Keep the dining area and service stations clean and well-organized throughout service hours.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the entire restaurant team to ensure smooth and efficient operations during busy periods.
- Guest Interaction: Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor, assisting guests with any additional requests they may have.

Dishwasher Responsibilities:

- Dishwashing: Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Organization: Ensure that all dishes are properly sorted, stacked, and stored in designated areas.
- Kitchen Assistance: Assist the kitchen team with basic food prep tasks and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Team Collaboration: Work in coordination with the kitchen and service staff to maintain a steady flow of clean dishes and utensils.
- Adherence to Hygiene Standards: Follow proper sanitation and safety protocols to uphold food safety standards.

Qualifications:
For Bussers:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

For Dishwashers:

- Previous experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant setting is a plus.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.

Pay: $8.00 - $15.00 per hour
