Handyman Service

We are on the hunt for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our maintenance department. You will be responsible for all upkeep and repair duties including maintaining green spaces, identifying the need for repairs, responding to clients’ maintenance requests, and servicing company equipment.

We are looking for people who have one or more of the following skills:

- Interior and exterior residential home, townhome, condo projects and light repairs.
- Vinyl Siding repairs, window repairs/replacements
- Deck replacements and repairs.
- Painting and staining.
- Floor and backsplash tile work
- Cabinet and woodworking repairs and replacements.
- Repair equipment and various machines and appliances (optional).

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
- No nights

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Handyman: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Falmouth, ME: Relocate before starting work (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
