**Senior Financial ERP Testing Lead**
**Houston, TX (2 days in office)**

**Responsibilities**:

- As a Senior ERP Consultant, you will assist Plains in meeting business requirements related to the Oracle Fusion ERP Implementation.
- Support Test Strategy and Planning initiatives with various North American teams while demonstrating your oil & gas sector, regulatory, and policy knowledge along with ERP implementation concepts.
- Lead various business stakeholders in effective testing strategies, execution, and evaluation.
- Develop and successfully mitigate issues related to implementation testing.
- Establish goals and testing implementation plans to achieve high-quality deliverables within expected timeframes.
- Monitor progress, manage risk, and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and expected outcomes.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with implementation vendors, focusing on testing and quality control deliverables and internal business priorities. Manage service expectations.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners throughout implementation and stabilization.

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of related financial implementation work experience.
- Professional designation and/or qualification i.e., CA, CPA.
- In-depth knowledge of:

- Planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Performance measurement and management concepts.
- Process transformation and improvement methodologies.
- Business performance reporting process.
- Financial statement close processes.
- Proven track record with a blue-chip consulting firm in the field.
- 7+ years’ experience in leading and delivering Finance transformation program/projects (Oracle Fusion preferred) that cover the full lifecycle of assessment, design, testing, and implementation support.
- Leading and driving high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget.
- Knowledge and working experience on testing business processes including record to report, plan-to-perform, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and acquire-to-retire.
- The ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team environment, including external vendors/partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and identify creative solutions outside of the box and thrive on new challenges.
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation.
- A high level of motivation and a self-starting attitude.
- Experience in process digitalization (dashboard, robotization, etc.).
- Experience in using the following tools and software:

- Modeling and process management tools.
- Process flowchart software (Visio, LucidChart, etc.).
- Microsoft Office suite.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $56.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Financial ERP Testing Lead: 10 years (preferred)
- Oracle Fusion implementation: 5 years (preferred)
- Planning, budgeting and forecasting processes: 4 years (preferred)
