Medical Office Personal Assistant and Attendant

**The Center for Integrative Healing & Wellness **is a renowned integrative medicine clinic located in Carefree/North Scottsdale. We are seeking a Office Assistant/Attendant. You will be a critical link in ensuring that our client’s experience in our wellness clinic is nothing other than EXCEPTIONAL The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

- Assisting with general office management
- Assisting with mail/package deliveries, linen service
- Assist with inventory/supply management and organization
- Assuring cleanliness and readiness of treatment rooms and facility
- Preparing/retrieving tea/coffee for staff and clients
- Run errands as necessary

This is a part time position 4 hours per week day in the am, early pm

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
