Ethika Music is seeking a talented and passionate A&R (Artist & Repertoire) professional to join our team. As an A&R at Ethika Music, you will play a crucial role in discovering and developing musical talent, shaping the artistic direction of our label, and fostering relationships with artists. The ideal individual will effectively exercise good judgment in a professional atmosphere, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Scout for new musical talent through various channels such as live performances, online platforms, and industry referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with artists, songwriters, producers, and other industry professionals.
- Collaborate with artists to develop their sound, image, and overall artistic direction.
- Oversee the recording process and provide creative input during studio sessions.
- Negotiate contracts and deal terms with artists and their representatives.
- Stay current on music trends, market demands, and competitor activities to guide decision-making.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum of ten years professionally in a creative capacity in the music industry
- Strong network of contacts within the music industry including artists, managers, agents, and producers.
- Excellent ear for music with a deep understanding of various genres.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Passion for discovering new talent and shaping the future of music.
- Ability and willingness to travel last minute

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
