**Accounting Clerk**:
**Part Time **position in 340 South Ave Sycamore, 60178

**Responsibilities**
- ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Vendor Payments
- Contractor Payments & Deductions
- Bank Reconciliations
- Deposits
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Issue All check and/or ACH payments following management direction and company policies and
- procedures.
- Monitor payments and charge backs made by company on behalf of Contractors and debit
- commissions statements when applicable
- Prepare and execute daily bank deposits
- Monitor Bank accounts, identify and code transactions
- Complete bank reconcilations monthly

**Education Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

**Experience Requirements**
- 3 years related experience
