**A Day in the Life**

The
Process
Engineering
Program
Manager will oversee and manage the development and execution of engineering projects
of
varying scope and output
within Medtronic's
Cardiac Ablation Solutions
(
CAS
)
OU
in the
[specific
Cardiovascular
division
This role requires a blend of strong technical
expertise
, project management skills,
data analysis,
creating
dashboard
s
and the ability to collaborate across various departments to ensure project success from concept through commercialization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**:

- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver engineering projects
- on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, data dive, create dashboards
- and risk management. Monitor project progress, identify
- potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, including senior management. Use the tools at disposal to deliver on milestones
- .**Technical Leadership**:

- Provide technical guidance and leadership to engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure projects adhere to Medtronic’s quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and validation of new products and improvements to existing products.**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative project environment.
- Prepare and present project updates, technical reports, and presentations to various stakeholders.**Resource Management**:

- Manage project resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelors degree required with minimum of 7 years of relevant experience OR
- Advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

- Previous- MDT Experience
- Manf. Engineering Experience
- Efficient with Excel
- PMP Certification
- Lean Certification JMP, Power Bi &
- Minitab Hy per vigilant on driving
- project targets and holding team accountable to timelines. Solid communication skills to present and modify the messaging based on the audience and di fferent levels of
- leadership. Ability to
- change course with mínimal notice. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project
- management within the medical device industry. Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects
- from concept to commercialization.
- Strong understanding of medical device regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO).**Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects- simultaneously.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
