**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Content and Live Commerce Specialist to drive our social media presence and spearhead our live commerce initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who is not only savvy with social media trends but also has a knack for creating engaging content that resonates with our audience and drives sales through live commerce.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content (posts, stories, videos, etc.).
- Host and manage live commerce sessions, demonstrating products, engaging with viewers, and driving real-time sales. (TikTok)
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community. (Facebook, Instagram)
- Analyze social media metrics and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure continuous growth and engagement.
- Creation and execution of influencer and partnership programs to amplify our brand presence. Expand our index of influencers to partner with.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within men’s shoes industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience in hosting and managing live commerce sessions or live streaming events.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics tools
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- A passion for men’s shoes and staying current with its trends and innovations.
