**Position Summary**:
Responsible for the day-to-day functions of credit and collections for key retailer accounts at Enesco US, Enesco Canada, and Enesco Asia.

**Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities**:

- Utilize customer contacts and vendor portals to collect amounts due Enesco from its customers
- Manage all functional aspects of credit and collections for Enesco sales to Amazon
- Evaluate account chargebacks and deductions, working with Sales and Operations teams as needed, to credit account with accurate coding for approved deductions and to collect from account for unapproved chargebacks/deductions
- Perform customer account reconciliations with thorough explanations
- Provide credit hold information for the HQ Sales team, explaining the reason and the actions being taken
- Collaborate with Finance on accrual for retroactive rebates and allowances
- Pursue continuous improvements of processes (e.g., collaborating with Operations on logistics process improvements and with IT on EDI and system reporting improvements)
- Review AR aging routinely and provide past due updates to management through monthly reporting and on an as-needed basis
- Perform and complete ad hoc projects

**Experience, Competencies, and Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field
- More than 5 years' experience in Credit & Collections with a strong background in Consumer Goods
- Experience collecting from Mass and Department Stores
- Experience in EDI and Routing Guides
- Experience collecting from Canadian and Asia Pacific customers a plus
- Average knowledge and expertise with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication for both internal and external personnel at various levels
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames
- A positive and forward-looking attitude, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize
