We are looking for someone who will provide great customer service and a positive experience for all our valuable customer and our team of technicians.
Job duties:
- Ensure customers and technicians receive professional and courteous service
- Order and bill the right parts at the right time
- Ensure service advisors and technicians are actively informed on parts orders/backorders
- Keep active, accurate, and detailed order information for customers
- Keep department stocked, clean, and efficient
- Ensure every single customers is acknowledged, taken care of, and make sure all their needs are met
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of automotive experience preferred
- CDK/ADP experience preferred
- Jaguar Land Rover experience preferred but not required
- Positive Attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Attention to detail
- Problem Solver
- Takes Initiative
