**POSITION**: Cocktail Server
**DEPARTMENT**: Lounge
**REPORTS TO**: General Manager / Assistant General Manager
**SALARY TYPE**: Hourly
**SUMMARY**: The cocktail server is a charismatic, customer-focused employee with a passion for hospitality. The cocktail server creates memorable experiences for our guests, provides exceptional service, and has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The cocktail server maintains a positive attitude and delivers superior guest service at all times.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** (essential functions include, but are not limited to):
- Provides excellent guest service
- Anticipates and accommodates the needs of all guests
- Has extensive knowledge of the menu and offerings to guide guests in the ordering process
- Maintains professional appearance standards as highlighted in the employee handbook
- Understands the POS system and is capable of entering in all orders correctly
- Maintains cleanliness of entire venue and work station
- Team player, treats co-workers and supervisors with respect
- Serves alcoholic beverages in accordance with all state and federal regulations
- Assists team members as needed
- Knows and understands the company and its core values
- Performs opening and closing duties as detailed in the training manual
- Maintains a professional and positive attitude
- Responds to guest inquiries in a fun and friendly atmosphere
- Greets and serves guests inn a timely manner with an upbeat and respectful attitude
- Adheres to all company’s operating procedures
- Markets and promotes venue events
- Adheres to all specified marketing requirements and guidelines (requirements and guidelines will be determined by venue management)
- Must have an Instagram account used for work
- Maintains a sense of urgency
- Appears in uniform for all shifts and promotional activities at the scheduled time
- Complies with all state and federal liquor laws
- Complies with all safety and health department procedures
- Complies with departmental policies
- Must be able to move quickly through work
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time throughout the shift

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- 21 + years of age
- Three years’ experience in hospitality working in a high-volume restaurant, lounge, or club preferred
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
