Scan Coordinator

**SCOPE OF POSITION**: Reporting directly to the Store Director, is responsible for accurate retail pricing, printing and hanging of price tags and signs.

**BASIC FUNCTION**:Ensures timely, accurate and efficient pricing of retail merchandise and maintains pricing integrity. Verifies prices and prints price tags and signs. Runs reports as required

**Position Specific Requirements**:

- Experience working with merchandising in a retail/grocery environment.
- Able to multi-task, learn computer programs and perform practices and procedures within a retail/grocery environment.
- Be self-directed, results oriented, project a positive business image and lead by example.
- Good attention to detail and follow through skills.
- Good customer relations skills.
- Meet department productivity, policy, standard operating procedures, quality and safety requirements.
- Ability to run a cash register.
- Operate department equipment in a safe and efficient manner. (Must be 18 years of age to operate certain department equipment.)
- Work hours required. This includes flexible shift schedules, overtime and weekends required.
- Meet Physical Requirements.

**EQUIPMENT/TOOLS OPERATED**: Proficient skill in operation of computer, scanner, calculator, pricing gun.
