Gift Processor

**Position Summary**:Responsible for timely, accurate, and confidential entry of donor and membership gifts; event registrations and constituent updates, within the constituent relationship management platform, Salesforce. Use advanced functions to export and import data from several third party platforms.

**Essential Functions**:

- Accurately enter/update constituent information, including gift transactions, memberships, demographic information, and other related data in Salesforce.
- Assist with database integrity through continual audit of data, including the identification and merging of duplicate contact records, updating membership card data, and other related data.
- Responsible for donor event entry and related reporting.
- Assist with departmental special events and projects as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
