- Delivering exceptional service to neighbors by creating memorable connections;

- Partnering with store leadership and other team members through proper opening, operating and/or closing procedures;
- Ensuring cash handling, register policies and cash management practices are followed;
- Creating merchandise presentations to maximize neighbor satisfaction and ensure product is adequately stocked;
- Take on the goals, tasks, and performance expectations and ensuring completion through proper follow-up;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment, while managing multiple tasks

- Love of Pets is a must

- Retail experience is not required
- Reliable transportation

With more than 700 corporate and franchise locations in over 40 states, Pet Supplies Plus is America's favorite neighborhood pet store. Each Pet Supplies Plus location is large enough to house an incredible variety of food and goodies to spoil each pet in your home, yet small enough to still feel neighborly. We plan to staff for our Monona store in February and open to the neighborhood in March 2024. We are eager to have a positive impact on the community of both pets and people too
