Car Rental Agent-part-time

Do you have great customer service skills and are available to work part-time evenings and Saturday? Then join Koch's very own automotive rental team Rental Associates are responsible for optimizing the rental experience by assessing customer's needs, drafting rental agreements, and providing exceptional customer service. Rental Associates must be willing to assist in preparing vehicles prior to rental when needed.
- Prepare all rental and return documents accurately and completely.
- Qualify each customer using our company rental requirement guidelines.
- Review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges.
- Ensure that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate.
- Answer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner.
- Assist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issues.
- Ensures that rental vehicles are checked out and returned according to company policies
- Makes sure that ready and returned vehicles are arranged in designated area according to company policy
- Documents any required maintenance for returned vehicles and arrange for such work
- Ensures that customers are charged appropriately for any damage, moving violations, tickets and tolls
- Assist with cleaning and prepping rental vehicles for customers as needed
- Assist with daily administrative and accounting duties within the department as needed

**Job Requirements**:

- High school diploma or GED required
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong phone and computer skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
