**Lab Technician - Daytime Tech and Night Tech**

Full Time, In-Person Job, Over 21 Years Old

Leading cannabis vape brand is seeking an experienced **Lab Technician **at our Desert Hot Springs laboratory.

The Lab Technician is responsible for following established protocols, regulations and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strictly follow SOPs for the daily operations
- Weigh, track, and process raw plant material into hash oil and distillate, strictly following Company’s SOP’s and GMP’s
- Aid in the processes of formulation, portioning, and packaging of concentrates
- Use equipment quickly and precisely
- Meticulously log data for a variety of processes. Use these data to make constructive inferences.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment, extraction tools, collection vessels, and glassware. Keep a clean and organized workspace at all times
- Understand the workflow and always pay attention to detail in a large-scale production environment
- Use deductive reasoning to identify problems and find creative solutions
- Fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations
- Performs all other tasks and duties as assigned. Aid in various side tasks as needed by the team.

**Job Requirements**
- Comfort and expertise working with solvents and chemicals
- Can perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time
- Comfortable working in adverse conditions. i.e. height, heat, cold environments, high-intensity lighting, and intense workflow.
- Physically fit, ability to meet physical demands including reaching, bending, walking, standing and performing repetitive work.
- You can lift 50 lbs
- Able to stand/sit for long periods of time

**Schedule**
- 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday
- Overtime as needed by the Company
- Available to work occasional weekends and holidays

**Personal Qualifications**
- General knowledge of weights and measurement
- Minimum 1 year as a lab technician
- Solid work history with excellent professional references from direct supervisors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extremely detail oriented and organized
- Can manage multiple daily priorities and maintain work consistency
- Growth mindset, life-long learner
- Team player, friendly

**Ability to commute/relocate**

**Compensation - Competitive Package**

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
