RH is seeking a Director, Home Delivery to lead RH's vision of delivering operational excellence across all warehouse and home delivery functions. Motivated by RH's people-first approach, you will inspire, develop, educate and provide strategic oversight to a team that plays an integral role in the continuous elevation of our customer experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
- Based on key objectives, implement and manage Home Delivery Program
- Work with home delivery vendors, store leadership, and customer service teams to create a seamless home delivery process and ensure exceptional service is being achieved
- Create and implement training programs for providers to ensure that home delivery vendors are in compliance with agreed-upon service expectations
- Ensure that the proper chain of custody is maintained with RH product inventory, including: cycle counts, audits and all associated paperwork and procedures
- Assist vendors with managing warehouse space in assigned primary markets
- Develop budget and ensure teams work within projected forecasts

OUR REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years leadership experience in furniture home delivery and route delivery
- Ability to lead Our Vision and unify efforts across large teams
- Proven success in developing talent and building an internal bench of future leaders
- Excellent communication skills verbal, written and listening
- Ability to hire, train, coach and execute all facets of employee performance
- Demonstrated strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Comfortable with and ability to use, learn and train new technology Ability to facilitate change within the organization in a positive manner

- Ability to consistently lift/move furniture, bedding and accessories up to 100 pounds
