Full-Time Position: 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

**Responsibilities/Duties**
- Greet all visitors and employees.
- Answer and direct all incoming telephone calls made to the firm ensuring communication at a professional level.
- Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications.
- Receive, scan, and distribute mail and other daily correspondence.
- Ensure lobby, conference rooms, and break room are clean, organized, and stocked with required material.
- Client relations -- assisting clients on file matters when appropriate or direct them to appropriate parties.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Team.
- Validate parking for approved guests.
- Perform light hospitality when necessary (e.g., coffee, water, food, drinks, etc.)
- Assist with various projects for other departments (e.g., filing, document preparation, organizational projects, etc.) as needed and approved by Operations team.
- Understand firm culture and expectations with respect to greeting clients and other visitors to the firm.

**Qualifications**
- Detail-oriented professional with a positive outlook.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Familiar with phone call handling/routing.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong organized and follow up skills.
- Comprehension of legal matters and/or previous experience helpful but, not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner.
- Bilingual (Spanish) required.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
