Description

We are currently looking for a Full Time Protective Services Training Liaison to join our Protective Services Training team located at the Chickasaw Laundry Service working.

**Summary**:
Support training activities in and out of the classroom environment by verifying data, data entry and preparing materials for instructor support within Security Training. This position plays a critical role in the evaluation of training departmental goals, as well as recommendations to the Director.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types
- Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner
- Partners with internal and external services as needed to ensure appropriate referral is made
- Greets and engages with a smile
- Determines and meets needs

- Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
- Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Shares responsibilities for maintaining adequate supplies and equipment
- Maintains general upkeep of work area and maintains a safe environment
- Observes and addresses potential environmental hazards and risks
- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
- May provide break coverage for others as assigned
- May augment staff in other areas as needed based on staffing and needs ratio in regularly assigned unit
- Maintain knowledge of and follow all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
- Acts as liaison between internal and/or external individuals and/or groups
- Ensures employees and resources complete assigned training and development
- Assists management in facilitating or conducting training employees and vendors on policies, procedures and guidelines
- Trains individuals or groups
- Develops or revises training materials and processes
- Assists with implementing new procedures, processes and or guidelines
- Identifies training needs for each group and makes proposals to management for approval
- Develops training curriculum to meet the business needs and implements changes, with support of management
- Tracks, logs and maintains all training activity, such as scheduling classes, tracking attendance, rating performance, collecting feedback and evaluating effectiveness of training program
- Provides consultation, guidance, coaching, and mentoring to drive the effectiveness of team development programs
- Maintains files, logs, and records
- Serves as point of contact
- All other duties as assigned
- Maintains management’s calendar of appointments and staff meetings

**Experience**:

- 3 years directly related supervisory experience
- 7 years directly related experience

**Education**:
Essential:

- High School, GED or Equivalent

Nonessential:

- Associates Degree in directly related field
- Bachelors Other

**Credentials**:
Essential:

- 40 hour CLEET instructor course
- Gaming license or permit as required by assigned position
- Pass gaming background check
- Standard Driver's License

**Working Conditions**:
