**Shift Times and Length**: 24 hours per week, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM; 3-4 weekend shifts in a 6-week period (weekends are Saturday and Sunday night shifts).
**On-call Requirement**: None
**Holiday Requirement**: Rotating
**Travel Requirement**: None
**Desired Start Date**: ASAP
**Shift/Weekend/On-Call Differentials**: No call
**Sign-on Bonus**: None
**COVID Vaccine Requirement**: No

**General Duties**:

- Under general supervision, monitor cardiac rhythms of patients in special care units via telemetry equipment.
- Perform related clerical duties such as answering routine questions and taking/relaying calls.
- Telemetry Monitor Technician will monitor all patients on telemetry on 2 ½ units within the Heart Hospital at Edward Hospital (maximum of 70 patients).
- Hybrid role where staff can work as a monitor tech or patient care tech.

**Required Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have at least 1 year of both PCT & MOT experience.
- EKG experience is a must.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- At least 3-6 months of other previous healthcare monitor tech experience preferred.

**Licenses and Certificates**:

- Telemetry certification required.
- CPR from AHA or Red Cross required.
