We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team

This role extends beyond conventional bookkeeping responsibilities, to management of order processing for customers and suppliers. The successful applicant will ensure the accuracy of data entry across all invoices, sales orders, and purchase orders, leveraging both Excel and QuickBooks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately record financial transactions and complete the posting process using QuickBooks.
- Accurate data entry of all invoices, sales orders, and purchase orders, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.
- Daily processing of customer orders and invoicing, using both Excel and MS Office to streamline operations.
- Produce weekly planning schedules to keep all relevant parties informed and operations running smoothly.
- Create and implement new processes to improve financial efficiency and accuracy.
- Report analysis and findings directly to the management team, providing actionable insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping and accounting, with a strong preference for expertise in QuickBooks.
- Experience with Excel and MS Office for financial management and data entry.
- Highly organized with unparalleled attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of developing efficient financial processes.
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is preferred but not required.
