Restoration Project Manager

Absolute DKI is a full-service restoration company. We provide residential and commercial Southeast Wisconsin properties with fire, water, wind, mold, and other property damage services.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to fulfill service needs and successfully facilitate a positive client experience.
- Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
- Manage the client experience and overall customer satisfaction.
- Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
- Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
- Prepare and review estimates, act as liaison with insurance companies, and interact with other company personnel on collections.
- Communicate with the sales team on project progress and issues.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Always maintain professional decorum and appearance.
- Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety.
- Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.
- Hands-on supervision of water damage restoration, cleaning, and mitigation services.
- Participation in after-hours emergency call rotation.
Qualifications:
- You must have industry experience in water, fire, and mold mitigation projects.
- Minimum five years of experience in mitigation.
- Minimum two years of experience in project management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Xactimate knowledge is a plus.

Compensation:
Salary with the ability to earn an incentive on jobs estimated and run by the Restoration Project Manager at target profit margin %.
Pay: From $65,829.00 per year

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
