**Crafco, Inc. has an opening for an Administrative Supervisor at our manufacturing facility located in DeKalb, IL**

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking for a Monday - Friday Administrative Supervisor opportunity offering growth opportunities? The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for supervising the support of the plant's business through the organization and co-ordination of plant administrative and office operations and procedures.

**Specific Duties**:

- Assure that the office is staffed with appropriate with qualified and trained personnel
- Proper use of companies ERP system, raw material ordering, purchase orders, production reporting and costing.
- Management of inventory and cycle counts
- Organization and assignment of function to supervised employees
- Responsible to interview and train additional administrative employees
- Understand overall plant operations and establish good, positive work relationships with other departments

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 year's plus experience performing related job duties (interviewing, hiring, training and conducting performance reviews)
- Working knowledge of ERP system, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Power Point, Quote Works. SAP experience a plus.
