**Duties**:

- You will establish and maintain the current and future cybersecurity posture for building and maintaining accurate Risk Management Framework (RMF) packages and ensuring cybersecurity assessments and authorizations occur on schedule.
- You will assign workload to team members, allocate team resources, and oversee all RMF compliance related activities.
- You will meet with organizational leadership, collecting requirements, establishing cybersecurity schedules, and ensuring cybersecurity activities are completed in accordance with cybersecurity requirements.
- You will assist in the development of cost proposals, including estimating project costs, characterizing requirements, and defining project schedules for the cybersecurity work integrated into specific projects.
- You will develop and establish up-to-date RMF compliance processes and procedures to integrate cybersecurity into the systems engineering, configuration management, and project management.
- You will ensure all supported organizations are in alignment with cybersecurity policies and procedures as well as provide liaison with those organizations in resolving any issues or disputes.
- You will develop policies, processes, and procedures that provide effective compliance support across all the organizations via formal agreements and plans.
- You will provide assistance and support in cyber workforce development plans to supervisors and other leadership as well as supervising tours for cybersecurity interns.

Your resume must demonstrate one year of information technology related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following four competencies, as defined:
