Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate training sessions to enhance players' skills and knowledge of the game
- Provide guidance and support to players during practices and games
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that promotes sportsmanship and teamwork
- Evaluate players' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Coordinate team logistics, including scheduling games, practices, and tournaments
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during training sessions and games

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sports coaching, particularly in soccer
- Knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate with players, parents, and staff
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes
- Experience working with students or youth athletes
- Nice-to-have skills: USSF License or CPR Certification
