**What You Will Be Doing**:

- To maintain a safe, organized, clean and functional Parts Inventory System.
- Order all parts for inventory in a timely manner, receive them and catalog their arrival.
- Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records.
- Provide support to the maintenance department by processing all paperwork, creating/running reports, and tracking parts usage.
- Compares inventories to office records or computes figures from records such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.
- Maintain usage log and remove obsolete items from inventory with oversight from Chief Engineer.

**What We Need From You**:

- ** **Ability to independently manage time and set priorities.
- Must be well organized and computer literate.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent is preferred.
- 1+ years’ experience with ordering and/or purchasing, preferably within MRO or maintenance.
- 1+ years’ experience in inventory and parts-room management.
