SWP, LLC is looking for a Operator. Operate a self-propelled grader to spread and level dirt, gravel, and stone to finish grade specifications in construction and maintenance of earthwork structures, such as highways, streets, dikes, temporary roads, and sub-divisions.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Safe operation of heavy construction equipment.
- Follow rules, regulations, procedures, policies, and instructions.
- Perform other related duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to pass a drug test - SWP is a drug free environment
- Travel throughout Arizona

Preference will be given to Natives of Kodiak, Inc. Shareholders and Descendants of Shareholders in accordance with Title 43 U.S. Code 1626(g) and Title 42 U.S. Code 2000e - 2(i).
