Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Detailer at Dutch Miller of Wytheville in Wytheville, Virginia. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry and is ideal for someone who is passionate about cars and has a keen eye for detail.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $12 to $17 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee discounts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Clean and detail vehicles in a timely and efficient manner
- Wash, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors
- Clean and vacuum vehicle interiors
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces
- Inspect vehicles for any damages and report to management
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and inform management when supplies are running low
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in detailing vehicles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical dexterity and ability to stand for long periods of time
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
