Wilderlove Coffee is a dreamy coffee trailer located in the outskirts of Montgomery in the beautiful yard area of Meadow to Market flower shop/boutique. We are dedicated to creating a meaningful experience for anyone who is wanting to step out of the hustle of life and enjoy a well crafted coffee.

Wilderlove Coffee is looking to build a team of employees who are enthusiastic about coffee, community, and creativity. The Barista/Concierge position is where the heartbeat of Wilderlove takes place. **Responsibilities of the job**:
Greeting guests warmly and with authentic hospitality

Taking orders, describing offerings, and providing great guest service

Bridging the gap of what people expect and what we offer

Knowledge of menu offerings and coffee understanding

Prepare beverages to specifications

General maintenance of the coffee counter, i.e. maintaining a clean workspace, stocking and replenishing when necessary, cleaning equipment, etc.

Assorted general shop tasks and cleaning (cleaning and maintaining appliances, floors, bathroom, sinks, etc.)

Maintaining outdoor environment and atmosphere cleanliness

Syrup making and preparations

Washing dishes

**Pay**: $9-$12hr DOE (plus tips avg $6-9hr currently)

**Requirements**:

- 18 years of age or older
- Previous work experience as a Barista, Food Server or similar role preferred
- Current Food Handler's Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Flexibility to work various shifts (Shop hours are currently Monday through Saturday 7am to 4pm, Closed Sunday)
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills

Expected hours: 20 - 39 per week
