Advanced Hospice has an opportunity for a Registered Nurse Case Manager to be part of our close knit team to support our hospice organization in the Yuba City area.
Our team is growing, and we are seeking a talented and compassionate nurse that want to make a significant difference in the lives of their clients and their families. Comfort level with end of life care is critical. Experience in hospice or end of life care preferred.
We offer a flexible work schedule and great benefits package and competitive compensation. Full time RN is preferred, but we might consider a per diem schedule, as well.
**Requirements**:
- CA Registered Nurse / RN license with MINIMUM of one year of paid clinical experience.
- Hospice or Palliative care experience is preferred
- Valid drivers' license & auto insurance
- Reliable transportation (there is an eligibility period for company car)
- Must clear background and OIG screening
