The Breakfast Attendant assists guests in the complimentary breakfast area of hospitality by creating an impressive breakfast experience. You will ensure customer satisfaction and augment our reputation while maintaining and enhancing the quality of our service. You will work in close collaboration with colleagues and follow established health and safety standards.

**Essential** **Duties** and **Responsibilities**

- Set-up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Light cooking (e.g. eggs, breakfast meats, )
- Prepare the breakfast buffet (continental or American) for morning service
- Restock, clean, and maintain breakfast area during service hours
- Prep food and supplies for the next day's breakfast service
- Breakdown the buffet after service hours
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen/breakfast area at the end of service
- Notify Manager of low inventory items
- Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues
- Provide guests information of local and hotel amenities
- Guarantee facility compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Provide safe food and prevent forms of contamination
- Practice safe food handling
- Monitor time and temperature
- Maintain a gracious manner with all guests and uphold a high-level of service
- Adhere to grooming and appearance guidelines
