Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsibilities: Coordinate resources across agencies. Manage communication in collaborative projects.
- Maintain relationships with local partners in the community (recovery organizations, educational pipelines, hospitals, health centers, etc.)
- Engagement: Networking Education and information sharing Outreach to foster collaborative relationships.
- Assist with the Short-Term Mentorship program
- Goal: Promote improved service delivery and health equity in communities.
- Program Resource Coordinator duties include Coordinating program resources efficiently.
- Organizing Resources schedules and activities or events. Tracking resource utilization and suggesting optimizations.
- These duties may vary depending on the specific requirements of the organization and the nature of the programs or projects being managed.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to program activities, including budgets, expenditures, schedules, and outcomes. This may involve using software tools to track and organize information.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in data collection and analysis
- Ability to educate and train others on recruitment best practices
- Public speaking skills for presenting recruitment initiatives to internal stakeholders
- Experience in fundraising or grant writing is a plus
- Knowledge of addiction counseling or public health is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a paid position, offering competitive compensation based on experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.45 - $24.01 per hour
