Vip Concierge Specialist

Além Wérks is seeking a VIP Concierge/Experience Specialist to join our team at the Porsche Experience Center Los Angeles (PECLA).

The role of the VIP Concierge/Experience Specialist is to elevate the guest experience through each point of contact at PECLA. The role requires a guest-focused, dynamic communicator who is process friendly and willing to take on challenging clients, managing their day at PECLA from start to finish. The VIP Concierge/Experience Specialist identifies and grows the PECLA VIP client base through networking and offsite outreach. In addition, the VIP Experience Specialist manages guests through their PECLA journeys and maintains these relationships over the long-term. The VIP Concierge/Experience Specialist will actively promote and highlight the numerous experiences and drive programs offered at PECLA to potential and existing VIP guests. Finally, the VIP Concierge/Experience Specialist works closely with the New Vehicle Delivery department as operations support and VIP guest development.

From one‐on‐one instruction to off‐road courses to drive simulators, the PECLA is a total reflection of Porsche’s past, present and future. **Responsibilities**
- Cultivate and grow revenue through VIP sales
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing VIPs and strategize ways to expand the segment
- Collaborate with offsite luxury and lifestyle operations, brands and events
- Work with operational team and help design special events which may incorporate offsite locations
- Open to travel as needed - offsite events, meetings, trade shows and general networking
- Flexibility to be available any day of the week as required by VIP events and bookings
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales minimums
- Actively track leads, sales and revenue - emphasis on outbound reach
- Report all KPIs to the Sales and Special Events Manager on a weekly recurring basis
- Foster a high-quality luxury hospitality environment that leads to repeat business
- Interface between client and all areas of PECLA

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years VIP management and/or concierge experience
- Porsche history, Porsche and automotive industry knowledge/experience required

**Salary and Benefits**
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
