We are a CHAP Accredited Home Health Agency in the Heart of Houston.

**IMMEDIATE NEED**: RN\LVN needed for Home Health visits in the Houston and surrounding areas.

**THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST NURSING JOBS YOU WILL EXPERIENCE DURING YOUR CAREER.**

Preferred Experience:
**Kinnser/Oasis** experience preferred with at least **one year in home health** and strong clinical skills. **SOCs, Recerts, D/C's and SNVs**. **Strong analytical/critical thinking skills needed and QA experience a plus.** Fast-paced environment which makes the day fly by. Strong, collaborative nursing team that really cares for one another and will make your job both rewarding and fulfilling

Work Hours: 1-40 per week

**Job functions Include but not limited to**:

- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, teaching, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Perform venipuncture, picc line care and administer intravenous medications as needed.
- Assist with basic life support measures in emergency situations.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in medical terminology and understanding of medical procedures.
- Ability to assess and evaluate patients' physical and mental health status.
- Knowledge of medical records systems and electronic health records.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws.
- Competency in taking accurate vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiratory rate.
- Experience with venipuncture techniques for blood draws and IV insertion.
- Ability to provide compassionate and attentive patient care.

**Salary**: $50.00 - $125.00 per hour
