We are looking to fill school staffing needs with two LPN's in the area of Milford NH. This special 1:1 assignment Is to support a diabetic student with complex medical needs. This is an agreement-based opportunity that begins 7/1/2024 and ends 6/30/2025. Hours are 8:15am to 3PM M-F. Should you wish to come on staff earlier Per Diem work is available now. Additional opportunities will be made available to whomever is hired as the agreement end approaches. We ensure our LPN's have the skills they need to be successful in caring for our clients through competency demonstration in our on-site simulation lab. We also offer client-specific skill enhancement opportunities in the home when indicated. Necessary personal protective equipment is provided so that you can feel confident and safe when you care for your clients.

**Requirements**:

- Current, valid state NH LPN license in good standing
- Ability to obtain BLS CPR certification. (in house classes are offered at a reduced rate)
- Recent wellness exam and negative TB skin test (provided if needed)
- Minimum one (1) year of documented health care experience is required. Must be familiar with G Tubes.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive fingerprint/background screening and drug test.
- Ensures confidentiality and security of the client’s medical information.
- Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
